MEGA Timer™

Mega Industrial Control Systems manufactures MEGA Timer™ control units with 100% domestic technology, which provide electronic control of pulse valves used in cartridge and bag filter jet filter systems.

MEGA Timer™ provides flexible and fast solutions to our users with the ability to energize 32 valves on a single card for small filter applications, and 256 valves with serial use of 8 cards in large filter applications.

MEGA Timer™ is a standalone solution for filters used even in small-medium scale enterprises without PLC systems. You can energize valves directly without an extra interface. You can activate the device with a single touch by feeding the card power input with appropriate voltage. Standard Analog (4-20mA) output and Optional digital communication protocol MODBUS™enable remote monitoring of the filter system.

Mega Timer™ has the ability to pulse 4 valves simultaneously with one output.
